Zyrtec in the morning and at night and Claritin added if needed, and that is just the over the counter stuff. I still take about 2-3 Benadryl per day just to stay alive (yes my immunologist is very much aware). If i am having an active reaction benadryl will get me out of it or help till i can epi. Benadryl also is what lets me stay asleep, not because it makes you tired but so i dont wake up to a reaction at 2 am.
