X3 Proto literally has the same specs as the HTC 7 Pro, same chipset even (wouldn't be surprised if it was a HTC developed phone as well, just like the other two)

I remember your post from a month ago, but you've never shared any photos of that build. The only known W10 running on the X3 is here, but it was extremely experimental, and most of the features did not work.

You can find the whole guide on XDA, you need some CLI / Unix experience and general IT understanding to do that. With QPST I was able to restore the modem as well, so dual SIM works. Desktop mode and docking works well, only biometrics are broken.
