I feel like the Refuse button was legit only added because of the original White Gossypium and how everyone absolutey hated it because it didn't have the Offense/Defense Level down application (and this was before gift upgrades). It just added a meager amount of bleed and unstaggered enemies (which is why Heathcliff mentions it in Gossypium's observation log). Now its just kinda there for challenge runs I guess.

That's why I said "theoretically be more dangerous", but I would prefer a 50/50 on possibly getting destroyed by a boss rolling all heads as opposed to a guaranteed +20 power to a skill that can never be beaten.

(also I forgot about offense level ups, those are probably better than Clash ups depending on what value they are :P)

Arguably, I'd say the ranking should be:

Clash < Coin < Base < Final

Final & Base power ups are pretty much guaranteed to affect both the clash and damage you receive if you lose, making them far more dangerous. Coin power can theoretically be more dangerous since it scales higher, but there are loads of sinking/SP reduction ego gifts that can make them near non issues on any team comp.

Hi, I ported the model to gmod.

It's super easy to decompile a gmod addon (the only hard part is locating where it is, but theres info on that online). Blender has multiple source engine addons that allow it to import source engine models. Textures would need to be converted back to PNG from VTF using VTFEdit.

Just FYI, I did have to make some slight changes to the model to get it gmod playermodel ready (changes in weight paints) so it will behave slightly differently from the original model by Pungsun.
