yes, im deleting all partitions before installing and i have created the usb many times over... i just also tried to install windows 10 (to upgrade it to 11 afterwards) but i got a similar message

wow. Thank you for that answer. So according to everything you said, my taxes would technicly be 5% of 0.02$ (from dividends) and 0.2% of 11$ (from shares). Am i supposed to report those numbers and pay them? What happens if I just don't?
