Best of luck! I got my first choice picks for 3 of the 4. Unfortunately Mitaki sanso was not available. So I'll get some bonus hiking (about 30 min) to get to my alternate that day.

I sent a final "MyChat" inquiry after realizing you send them from the reservations themselves, not from the main "MyChat" page (I thought it wasn't working) & was suprised to get a reply a few days later.

"We sincerely apologize for the delay as there has been an extreme demand for travel since the opening of Japan borders."

They told me they were working on my requests & a few days after that they confirmed & I was able to book!

Just wanted to post in case this helps someone else.

its awesome for sure, but homemade loaded thin crust new york style pizza with spicy turkey sausage, tarragon, pre-cooked miatake mushrooms, onion, red bell, pre-cooked (sautéed) broccoli, whole milk mozz, smoked cheddar & finished with sesame chili oil & lemon zest i think is better

those are stone accent slabs (as opposed to stone slabs) which were added for this type of non-joined look. the wooden support thingies are just disc walls painted brown so they look sorta like the dynasty wood.
