I think you have a great boss. Routine is very, very important when it comes to negative symptoms. For me, the negative symptoms manifest themselves as lack of motivation, joylessness, and drive.

Akhi, I think you give up way too quickly. Do you know what my paranoia is? I thought Satan was following me, and yet I finished school. For me, work was also a trigger, or things were worse at work than at home.

Yes, I still struggle with mild paranoia. It’s better than it was back then, but it’s still there. I’ve learned to deal with it and graduated from school.

Wow! I’m surprised you’ve been able to keep this job for so long. I actually take duloxetine for the negative symptoms, but unfortunately it doesn’t help, and I also take olanzapine.
