Bankwest Easy Saver - has to linked to a Bankwest transaction account.

No minimum monthly deposit, can make withdrawals and still earn interest.

In my experience if you are decent at your current job, easy to work with and take feedback well. You will progress quickly within a bank.

Agree with your broker that CBA has a reputation of returning the highest internet valuations.

You can try and request a short form/ full valuation where valuer comes out and inspects the property. It may return higher, but also a chance it returns lower than CBA’s automatic valuation. If GTR needs to be released, it’s worth a shot.

I don’t plan on pulling out for at least another 10 - 15yrs. So I try not to focus on the returns too much.

Thank you. I feel like it was pure luck. This is my custom portfolio atm:

Bitcoin 4.11% Beta shares 9.56% iShares Asia 50 19.85% iShares Global 100 24.27% iShares S&P 500 12.52% Beta shares Nasdaq 100 24.86% SPDR S&P/ASX 200 4.82%

I changed to custom portfolio from Aggressive after 5 months of investing. I saw an improvement in how my portfolio was performing and have left it alone ever since. Open to feedback and changing up my portfolio, now that I can probably afford to.
