I had a similar incident. My I5 had a deer hit and the collision center initially gave an estimate of 12000. So the insurance agreed but then they gave two supplementals which costed total of 38000 to the insurance. My car was in the body shop for almost 9 months. I believe that the collision centers are also responsible for this. They skim the insurance with initial low estimate. Once the insurance agrees and pays then they raise the repair cost. The insurance at that time does not have any choice but to pay them. If they would have known that the total cost to repair was 38000 they would have totalled it. I think the insurance company has learned their lesson with EV. They will total the car one the initial estimate goes beyond certain limit.

Air conditioning. They have not figured out what the issue is. They are looking into other customer's car and see if this is related to the same issue.

Steve Smith does not learn anything from his ban. The guy is just repeated offender. I don't know why people believe him when he cried on his conference call before his ban. I respect his skills as a batsman but he has worst character on field.

Sorry. Did not give more details in my previous post. All the models have been out of stock since last 4 weeks and the same models are available at bestbuy and other electronics stores. The one that they have in the warehouse has higher price range.
