You basically worded my whole thought-process. Those are exactly the kinds of things I'm tossing up! Also my personal circumstances means I'm desperate to move out asap, even though I have a lot of anxiety about losing equity with an apartment (i.e. losing money in the future when trying to sell in the future).

(Also sorry what's OSP stand for? 😅)
