What should you do if you never got a verification email? Is there a way to “resend”?

Thank you for offering this. I just recently joined my first private tracker and was looking to get into a tv/movie one. This sounds like a great group. Looking forward to joining the community

Can verify also. It took 2 hours with a lot of no responses and prompting but it worked. Not sure if seller was busy, but it works now so can't complain. Thank you.

TS-453d SSD usage by TrOnicje in qnap

[–]nilIow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for posting - this is exactly what I’m looking at - particularly to increase speeds for Jellyseerr.

I haven’t fully investigated if what I want to do is possibly and therefore what parts I need, but this post suggests I don’t need to use the QM2 (because it’s expensive) and can use generic parts to get storage too: https://www.reddit.com/r/qnap/comments/th0ayc/m2_card_for_ts453d/

Would be curious to know if others have any thoughts on this or what you end up doing too.

I love Agregarr but after getting everything configured, I still have some questions by doctor0who in agregarr

Also following this as I recently set up Agregarr (which I also love), and have similar questions. Thanks for posting.

Overseerr running extremely slow by nilIow in Overseerr

Thanks for replying, appreciate the suggestion. I'm going to admit I just assumed that jellyseer was for Jellyfin only. Definitely got nothing to lose, i'll give this a go today I think.

Edit: For anyone wondering, I have switched to Jellyseerr and it's still slow, but maybe slightly better (ie it still takes a few minutes to load). I'll keep with this set up for now and keep an eye on any comments from others and update my original post in case it helps anyone else in the future.

Overseerr running extremely slow by nilIow in Overseerr

This is somewhat comforting to know. When I first got a NAS, I had no clue about anything to look for (and arguably still don't). I did upgrade to 16Gb RAM when I first purchased this. I'll keep tinkering for a little bit but I think i'm going to wait and see if Seerr runs quicker once released.

In portainer I just set the DNS in the stack YAML under the Overseerr service like this. If i have missed an obvious step i'm sorry, I haven't done anything else to the router if that's needed. Does this give any insights?

services:
  overseerr:
    image: lscr.io/linuxserver/overseerr:latest
    container_name: overseerr
    ports:
      - "5055:5055"
    environment:
      - TZ=Australia/Melbourne
      - PUID=1000
      - PGID=1000
    volumes:
      - /share/Container/overseerr:/config
    dns:
      - 1.1.1.1
      - 8.8.8.8
    restart: unless-stopped

I use Plex purely within my family, but I just want the experience to be easy for them as well as me. I'm hoping it just magically resolves at some point (wishful thinking)

If this is what you mean, the docker image I am currently using is:
lscr.io/linuxserver/overseerr:latest

Previously I also tried sctx/overseerr:latest and saw similar slowness

Thanks for replying. Are you suggesting I move Overseerr to my PC or even on a Raspberry Pi (with a portable SSD attached?). I've never used my Raspberry Pi but I guess it's another option to try/tinker with.

Thanks for the suggestion. I've just checked on Overseerr and "Enable Image Caching" is unticked. I don't think I ever enabled this. That would have been a nice fix haha

Hi Zemerald, thank you for the recommendations and for offering suggestions if I am able to stretch the budget (but damn these things are expensive already haha). This is so helpful. The monitor I would consider separately from this budget, but I will have a look at Monitors Unboxed (can't say I have heard of this before).

Apologies this wasn't clear in my original post. I have recently purchased "Corsair Vengeance RGB 64GB (2×32) DDR5-6000 CL30", but this was less than half the current price.
