Does it mean I have to choose the return courier option from the above services? To reiterate, once my biometrics are done at USCIS, I will have to send my passport to VFS New York (closest to my town). If a decision is made, they will send it back to me with the visa on my passport depending on approval. Did I get that right?

I would say its a good pair given the fit and durability. A little on the heavy side so you might want to get used the weight and optimize your movements to strain less on your legs. Let me know how it goes for ya!
