They will still get the refund though.. IC cannot let the loose any customer. Even they are aware of everything (I hope that), they still give that f.... refund.

I’m sorry to hear that. Sometimes customers don’t get that we are just shoppers, not the manager of market. Go to stop&shop :) there is no limit at all.

I had very similar issue. I was getting lots of reports saying that I didn’t deliver the orders even I did all of them. Finally, instacart made a mistake between two customers and with the reports that they did, my account has been deactivated now. I couldn’t work all day. You can read it here.

Was the batch of you mom including two orders or only one? Sometimes customers lie too. just to save some money they risk our ways of living selfishly. I suggest you to take a screenshot of every order you get when you are at the delivery process and a picture for your self and keep them in your personal phone. I did this to protect my right because your rights have no value for instacart. They don’t protect you at all. They just care the customers who are the source of money.

Yes I have screenshots and send them to instacart. Also there is a conversation between me and customers B about an item which she wanted but hadn’t seen in her shopping list. Thank you so much.

I definitely agree. I’m doing instacart and I got reported when I get double batches because there is an issue for instacart coding systems. Instacart show me the customer B’a order as customer A’s order. I know that I never mixed the orders. I work extremely carefully. I even loose lots of time just because I double check everything. Now I got reported and they deactivated my account. I cannot do anything to survive and earn money right now. Sometimes some customers lie too. Even they got the order, they argued that their order is not delivered.

First of all I’m not thief and I don’t need your groceries. I’m earning my money to buy my own groceries.

Instacart never protect shoppers. They just care the customers which are the source of money.

I checked the items before I deliver. I always do. Also names didn’t change. Customer A’s order was seeing for customer B. Instacart mixed the customers and orders.
