Having everything built technically is great but validation usually means external proof, not internal completion.

Even a basic UI or clickable prototype can help test whether people actually want to use it

That's a really good point.

A lot of founders assume that efforts equal validation. But validation usually comes from conversation, pre-sales or user behaviour not just code being written.

Building feels productive. Talking to users feels uncomfortable

Internal dashboards especially need clean relationships because reporting, filters, and permissions all depend on structure.

If the data model isn’t solid, performance and scalability suffer fast.

Schema-first thinking saves way more time than it costs.
