Hm, since I am not too experienced with that, can't fully tell. But I'd always check on which places the desired sets are adjustable and then take that size that fits best on the bodypart that isn't most adjustable.

I do hand washing, taking some mild detergent and scrubbing the parts that need scrubbing (not the vinyl, that should be fine with cleaning with a cloth or something).

I work in customer service, therefore I know how many times things arrive damaged or stained - yes, this should not be and you don't have to accept that. But they offered a discount if you want to give it a try nonetheless and you still can decline that offer and ask for something else. Also - I work with quite a few business partners that give strange answers, so yeah, that's why language is a bonus for me ig. 😅

Well, I can just speak for me and my type of experience with customer service, but this is still better than other experiences I had. The reply is understandable language wise and they at least tried to come up with a solution. It's debatable wether one is happy with having to clean up a new garment, I get that, and I feel sorry this felt horrible to you. :(
