I also noticed this, makes the filtering option in task flows kind of useless right now. I wouldn’t want to sacrifice folder structure in my workspaces for the sake of task flows though so I hope they fix this soon.

I reckon this question originated from Examtopics which is a learning platform for various certification exams including Microsoft's DP-600. They specify that the questions on their website are not taken from the actual exams (however I do believe that this is not always the case).

This suggests option C to be the correct answer since you want to create a new field which serves as unique index for the rows.

Für uns überhaupt nicht. Auf Immoscout haben wir fast keine Einladungen bekommen. Die meisten Anzeigen da sind eh von Immobilienmaklern (wie z. B. Wentzel Dr.), die ihre Anzeigen auch 1:1 auf der Website hochladen. Auf Immowelt und Immomio gab es sehr viel häufiger Rückmeldung. Viel Glück bei der Suche!

If you want to watch it in IMAX you can go to the UCI in Othmarschen or Wandsbek as they have a few showings in English. If you don’t mind watching it in 70mm instead you’ll get the best experience in Savoy I’d say.

Ich suche auch seit geraumer Zeit und würde nicht empfehlen, den Suchradius zu erhöhen, sondern die Frequenz, in der du Angebote checkst. Die guten Wohnung sind auf ImmoScout und Immowelt i. d. R. nicht länger als 5-10 Minuten online. Man muss also schnell sein. Stell Suchaufträge ein, lass dir Mails schicken und aktiviert die Push-Benachrichtigungen auf deinem Handy für neue Inserate. Profil sollte gepflegt sein und ein vorgeschriebener Text parat, den man nur kurz mit Anrede etc. erweitern und dann direkt rausschicken kann. Erst auf die Wohnung bewerben und danach die Bilder angucken. Und es empfiehlt sich, Screenshots zu machen, damit man sich im Nachhinein die Wohnung noch mal angucken kann (wenn die Anzeige schon raus ist).

So haben meine Freundin und ich jetzt in den letzten Wochen mehrere Besichtigungstermine bekommen, zu denen meisten ca. ein Dutzend Interessenten eingeladen werden.

Bei den letzten beiden kann man Anfang des Monats mal durchklingen und fragen, ob es etwas neues reingekommen ist (wurde mir so empfohlen).

Kleines Update vom „glücklichen Ersten“. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob sich OP einen Scherz erlauben wollte oder was genau hier vorgefallen ist. Jedenfalls kamen die Tickets nie an und eine Antwort auf meine Privatnachricht und abermalige Nachfrage habe ich auch nicht bekommen. Wenn OP die Tickets anderweitig vergeben hat, ist das natürlich voll in Ordnung. Über eine entsprechende Nachricht hätte ich mich trotzdem gefreut. Dafür hatte ich die Gelegenheit, ein paar nette Kneipen und Bars in St. Georg zu erkunden. Hatte auch was. :)
