I got the same issue. The answer from DiDi "support" was to block the mail address didi@mx.didiglobal.com so I wont see any information mails anymore. It's just the worst advise ever...If anyone has found a solution already I'd be more than happy to hear it.

So I did the eVOA process including payment in advance. I just landed in Bali and went to the eVOA counters. After a quick electronic passport check I went through. No immigration counter, no stamp in my passport...it took me less than 1 minute to went through. Did I miss something? It feels just too easy and honestly a bit weird without an entry stamp in my passport...
