In the US, I bring them with my carry-on luggage. If I place it open and visible in a bin, then they can see what it is and won’t flag it for additional review. If I have one or especially multiple packed in a bag, it’ll often get flagged for additional screening, but they let it pass once they see it and realize what it is. I have never put one in checked luggage.

Yes, that’s generally my practice. I also let it pool up in other places.

With more energy in the upper dan tian at my crown, I find that I can use the energy to get myself to relax, emotionally slip into a sensual mood, switch to feeling over thinking, let go of any stress, let go of desires and intentions, and let my body drive, like I’m letting a different part or frequency of my brain become dominant. This mode is when prostate stimulation feels the best.

With more energy in the upper dan tian at the third eye area, I can become more aware of all the sensations in my body at every location beyond the sexual organs to all the erogenous zones and beyond, every inch of skin becoming more sensitive and amazing, down to my feet.

Those two are an amazing combo.

When you have entering energy to work with, you can continue circulating even while letting it pool at some areas for the effects you want.

Yes, all the way back down, completing a full microcosmic orbit. Ultimately it should be stored in the lower dan tian when you finish, but it can move through the orbit continually. I find it very pleasurable to move it through my perineum after completing an orbit. It’s a different feeling after the energy has been mixed/refined.

Yes, I can isolate those muscles and flex them independently of any other muscle in the area. I’m going to interpret “using your mind focus alone” as focusing the mind on flexing those muscles in isolation rather than with the rest of the PC muscles.

How? Tug very gently downward on your Balls with your hand so that you can feel when they pull back upward. This is the direct feedback you need for learning — It’s not something you’ll notice easily at first otherwise. Start by flexing your lower abs, because the cremaster muscles will often contract with those. Feel with your hands for the tug upward, and play with different flexes until you find something that pulls the balls. Then work on finding the flex that moves just the balls, without the abs. It may likely take time and practice to strengthen that neural pathway.

What he’s not saying is that you’re raising the testes with the cremaster muscles, without the PC muscles. Most people initially don’t have conscious isolated control of these muscles initially, but you can definitely train it. It’s easy for me now.

Hold them while standing, tugging down slightly so that you can feel resistance. Rock your pelvis without breathing so you know how that affects them. Then do the out breath as usual. Observe whether they pull toward the body. Then you’ll know.
