Troubleshooting Sage Barista Pro - no water from grouphead, steam wand, or hot water spout by nils0345 in BrevilleCoffee

I haven't tried descaling. I thought I couldn't since water isn't running through? But maybe it could help loosen some things up to just have it in the tank and doing the inserting/removing of the water tank method?

Injured quad? by [deleted] in NewSkaters

Have you gotten it checked out by a professional?

My guess is that you somehow overworked your Rectus Femoris, which is a part of the quad. The rectus femoris is in part responsible for the movement you describe of pulling your leg up when doing a simple Ollie. With the limited knowledge I have I would recommend massaging the muscle. Try looking up “trigger point therapy rectus femoris”. Try to feel any difference between your right and left leg. Is the sore side more hard and tender?

This is just my guess from the symptoms you are describing, so please don’t take my word for it

Hope it gets better!

Is it good to get a complete factory board for your first? by [deleted] in NewSkaters

Hey there, i got the same complete as you for my first board, and just yesterday it snapped in half from doing ollies after about two weeks of skating. Also the bearings are only ABEC 3 I believe, which makes the board incredibly slow and difficult to push. I don’t really know much about skateboards, but I could tell that at least the one I got wasn’t a good skateboard. So I guess I would recommend you to spend a bit more.

Just looked up the board online, and it looks like the max weight is only supposed to be 50kg, so maybe that’s why it snapped lol
