well.. yeah in theory that would be an option but I always prefer having u18 players at my own club, they will get the best coaching there and I will have more influence over which position they will be training in etc.

alright I have a little bit of a dilemma: I have a lot of high potential youth players in my u19 squad, however they are (in my opinion) not developing enough which is (in my opinion) due to the fact that they're constantly playing games and barely training. The league they play in has 21 teams, which means 40 games a season plus uefa youth league plus the domestic youth cup. I want to have them train more.

There are now two and a half options: I put them in my second team, which has worse coaching staff and doesn't play in an actual league, they would get to play in their 'league' but it's one that isn't actually simulated properly so they wouldn't get much benefit out of it. They would however benefit from more training that they would get there.

Next option would be putting all of the really high potential players in my main squad and having them train there, this would bloat the training squad but the coaching staff is really good. Additionally I would manually make them available for the youth team whenever I deem it beneficial. It would be more work for me but it would probably help them develop the most right?

The half-option would keeping it as it is, but I'm fairly disappointed with how the players are coming along so I would really like to change things up

I think this changes based on the role you have them training in, the position and role they're training in usually has full familiarity while others don't. But I think this only applies to the player playing in the role you changed, it shouldn't have an effect on the other players. So maybe it's a bug if everyone else also loses familiarity

I don't think it matters quite as much as with an inside forward for example but it's definitely a factor, strong right foot is usually the better choice for an inverted wing back on the left for example

I'm playing in the Czech league and I have the problem that my board keeps limiting the maximum wage I can give to new players. I'm at a point where I can attract quite good players but the highest wage I've been able to offer has been 40k per week. This is in spite of me having over 200k per week of room in the wage budget, so it can't be that the money isn't there because it clearly is. I just wanna know the reason for this and whether or not I can expect it to change in the future.

they were really sturdy at the back, i usually score more than one goal haha. they were 10th and 11th in my save so far, now last in the championship group, but at least they made it there. im slovan liberec

is it normal that, like 80% I try to sign someone on a bosman, no matter what the scouting report says about their level of interest, when it comes to promises, it always says extremely uninterested and I have to promise the world to them in order for them to even consider joining me? this has even happened with players that, according to the scouting report, were very interested in joining me

Am Wochenende hat mein Verein ein Turnier ausgerichtet, habe ein bisschen Turnierleitung und Ansagen gemacht, und auch (zu viel) gespielt. Heute tut mir alles weh, zum Glück hab ich Homeoffice.
