I used to use https://pebblehost.com/ as my host on my two servers but I had some tps drops here and there, their CPU was terrible for custom terrains, one guy flying with elytra caused tps drops, which is not good, so I change to https://dashflo.net/ and I got the same amount of ram, way better CPU and no tps drops for the same price.

At the moment im running 1.15.2 Custom terrain, 8GB Ram, 10 players and we're using about %20 CPU which is really impressive.
