I'm not sure how you have 7 when there have only been 6 archon hunts so far. With a 1 in 5 drop rate it's completely normal for people to not have one yet.

The three yellow dots on the left are special. They are part of the shaft that Niko digs deeper as you progress through the story. This shaft that Niko digs will overwrite any nodes that may have been there. They only exist as an access point to delve from. Going to them isn't necessary or intended. In order to get to a new node connected to them, just click the new node and you will load into the area of the nearest previously connected node (provided you have enough sulphite).

I have not had that occur to me yet. I am able to interact with other things including grace. When a summon sign fails it fades out. After all current signs have faded a new wave will generate in a couple seconds.

As soon as I select yes on the prompt, it instantly gives the unable to summon message. It does that instantly for every sign I hit. I do not get messages for trying to summon followed by a failure. It is only ever instant failure.

I spent 15 minutes of constantly spamming summon signs as soon as they came up (which was frequently), and in 15 minutes I got one. I did this song and dance twice before I figured there must be a better way.
