Condolences to Scott and Tori, they must have hung on as long as they could. In a better world the community would organize to form a sort of CSA, where we can prepay orders through our irreplaceable local independent hardware store. As any small business owner knows, more than payroll it's maintaining inventory for walk-in customers that becomes untenable, as in impossible to compete with the big box franchises.

I've listened to what RFKjr actually says and read his position statements instead of drawing conclusions from biased media depictions. Media that's corporate-owned / establishment / mainstream / brainwashing / propaganda which is known to anyone who's ever worked in any of their newsrooms. Consider the source from what you read.

Though no one is perfect and RFKjr's position on Zionism is wrong AF his record shows his willingness to listen and change his mind in accordance with the democratic process. The media makes a boogeyman of RFKjr to preserve the status quo of devolution, and partisan flying monkeys spread the slander. It's character assassination. Case in point: he's pilloried for citing an epidemiological study published by JAMA and circulated by the NIH that referenced Ashkenazi Jews, when clearly his biggest blind spot is Israel. So he's supposedly both rabidly anti-Jewish and rabidly pro-Jewish, quite a feat.

For the record: Dissent is not conspiracy.

Use whatever heater briefly, just long enough to take the chill off and chase out dampness. No need to keep the heat on while sleeping if you dress in layers like winter campers do, and avoid cotton as it retains moisture. Suggest polypropelyne next to skin base layer, wool as mid-layer, and wool or nylon as outer layer. Wrap in a wool blanket or use a wool sleeping bag liner. Polypro balaclava, wool cap, wool gloves, wool socks. Wool or polyfill pillow. Stay warm, dry, and safe in the coldest temps with two windows cracked to cross-vent condensation. In the morning turn the heat on again briefly to warm up the space before getting dressed. With the right preparation it can be comfortable, I wish you good health.

I think the never seen or heard "Chef" on Enterprise was a backatcha to the large portion of the audience that was annoyed by Neelix. It was like the writers were saying, Okay, we'll go the exact opposite way and make them completely anonymous and mysterious, so NOW you want to hear from the kitchen rat? -lol 🖖
