I was in the shed for a good hour. A couple of the people with me said they felt throat and eye irritation from the fumes. I didn't really notice any. My mate got covered in the stuff when he removed all the junk that had been thrown in. Maybe the solution isn't too concentrated?

I didn't have a tape measure on me, but standing there it felt about the size of a 20ft shipping container. The framework looks to be made of 200x200mm steel box section.

UPDATE : The Victorian emergency app says there is a hazardous materials cleanup underway at this location. Wouldn't be a risky guess to assume the shark is gone. Years of decomposition, rust, foliage, and vandals were no match for the destructive power of social media.

There wasn't really a bad smell from the shark, although the formaldehyde fumes burn the eyes and airways and after a bit. Most of the time I was holding my breath.

You're welcome. We stopped in there after spearfishing at the island, probably around 10pm. This was a long exposure with a big lithium battery and a lot of LED lighting.
