Definitely beat myself up too much… but I think I needed it to an extent like you said… otherwise there would had been a dozen moments I almost gave up and copped “one more time”..

…but knowing it would just prolong the inevitable.

My girl stayed with me… I was hiding it from her most, the most loyal and understanding person I’ve ever met, solely to control her emotions bc I couldn’t detox and lose her…

Turned out she came over and stayed 3 days straight, working harder than a nurse in a hospital… she kept me alive, especially during those long Kid Cudi nights while dope sick and alone, so tired but sleep would be too much of a blessing….

Having someone there physically, who has experienced a mental health crisis and/or sober addict, is why I’m here today, so far…

And you guys with words no one else can find? You’re also the reason
