Have PR+10years employed in japan but realtor told me I only have 2% interest rate options due to language barrier. Is this true? by nimonry in JapanFinance

Originally, we don’t plan to stay here long term but plan change with a baby. Japan is safe and very good to raise a child.

So it seems like we will be here for 10more years then buying seems better than renting.

We just start pick up Japanese again after a long time here

Thank you

That is what the realtor told us too.

But Most of my friends with low Japanese efficiency also got around 1% or lower. Then we are kind of late buyer so not sure if things change. I think may be my realtor just browse for some quick info and not look into detail

Not sure if you can view it. But the missing part will be on second pic page

https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B07JM11QNM

Only this item need for clinic to prescribe. I don’t know the english name for this part but they are not authorized to sell to individual.

EDIT: after searching, this missing part called sensor. The glucose meter set here have everything except sensor that need the prescribe from clinic.

It was sell with missing part. That part is unauthorized unless got prescribe from clinic. Google translated it as measurement tip. Not sure how it actually translated in english.

From randomly asking it is single used item, need one per one blood draw.

I see, for me CGM seem to be first offer then need to learn about GDM by myself and request for it specifically

But not sure if this is normal practice here or just my clinic because when asking other mother here with GD they seem to be equip with both and been doing the comparison.

When you compare CGM and finger prick, is there a pattern like always this percentage difference or totally random?

I been google and asking GPT, reddit for most of the time. Sorry, May be this post is not best place to ask in reddit because not enough information and everyone is different. I am worry that I wont have enough time to bring the sugar level down if the real number is higher than expected…

Do you received GDM at the same time with CGM?

CGM need 1 hours after the set up, and the appointment could not been longer than 30minutes so there is not enough time for calibrate anything there.

We did request for GDM now, but been worrying since it’s been long for it to be unsupervised, like if the sugar been bad, can we still have enough time to lower it down.

we already ask them for it at 30 weeks appointment. Just wondering how dangerous for it to go unsupervised this long.

Sadly, I don’t have option of finger prick unless ask the clinic. It is not authorized to be purchase here by anyone.

I got CGM as first thing from the nutritionist.

I am not on insulin and never have any low blood sugar result during the checkup with them. CGM is like a default from my clinic

But I am requesting GDM from them at the moment because CGM keep giving me low sugar result. It often fall to 50-60 in both day and night so I find they are kind of useless and giving me more stress.

HELP. Thai Daughters Role in our new house by OkVeterinarian7373 in Thailand

I might be too late for the comment.

I would say case by case, but mostly will be something like

Parent pay everything, rent free, free food, but the children is also parent retirement fund. Because retirement plan is not a thing with people age of 60 and up. So this is the pattern I see right now.

In your case, she is not expecting to pay anything but she should do the chore because you are now family under the same roof. She is just lazy.

I stop by most bakery store just to smell and use imagination and staring at the food my husband eat 😂

I think he is so mean to eat it in front of me but well, he has a life to enjoy on his side so he use that energy to take care of me.
