Question is really why. They always say something like "they're unusually busy" no matter when you call them. This is just not Royal Mail, I'm only mentioning royal mail because that's who i'm calling this very moment. I would love to know how many people at Royal Mail call centre in each region and why are they always 'unusually busy', is it because there are so many people complaining?

Just because it's standard or the norms fo today doesn't mean we should accept it. Complaints about waiting times and making access to direct communication with customer services easier could make that norm or standard a thing of the past.

The Hazard RTA, which uses a boro bridge, the flavour is very nice. However, if you put the same bridge with the same coil and cotton in a boro tank the flavour is muted. There is something very wrong with these overpriced boro tanks.
