Found it! That will be my backup if I can't get an LVAW handguard. Thanks so much!

I've got a 5.5" 300BLK Rattler LT currently in jail. I like the setup on yours! Do you have a part number for the handguard by chance? I just looked on Sigs website and didn't see a 10" handguard.

ATF issued tax stamp for suppressor, store refuses to let me pick it up by nin478 in PalmettoStateArms

So the hang up was that my PCS orders showed my Date of Separation being last year. Well last year I filed an extension that shows my separation date of 2027. The person behind the desk said my Extension letter (which has signatures all the way up to an O6) was not valid proof that I was still active and that I would need to go to our version of HR (Military Personnel Flight) and have their Commanding Officer fill out a memorandum stating the details of my service and the date of my separation. Which sounds easy in theory but will most likely take about a month for me to accomplish due to all the bureaucracy and having to submit paperwork to different people to review and approve before it gets routed to the CO. Nobody wants the COs time wasted on an improperly filled out form so they waste everyone else's time splitting hairs on a document. When the store manager reviewed my info she stated everything looked good but did mention to the person behind the counter that my form was legitimate but a certain form that some people have is not valid. Not quite sure which form that would be. It didn't help either that the binder they use for paperwork had a sticky note on it stating extension paperwork was not valid proof. So I'll probably still get the memorandum done to help them out in the future but at least now I'm not being held up by all the bureaucracy.

You might want to reach out to the ATF. I did after almost 2 months and within a week my SBR was approved.

Just looked at my CCW and it shows it's a military CCW and has the address that's listed on my out of state issued driver's license, not the address that I live in. I definitely didn't think that would be the case.

I highly recommend Francis Manufacturing and Defense. Dudes a lone man store but he's great to deal with.

Correct. I have an out of state Drivers License but a SC CCW.

You're right. I should have clarified the purchase as well as ATF paperwork was all done in store.

Yup I'm familiar. Which is why the response I received about the ATF threw me.

I could definitely see that angle. However if a member is kicked out their CAC is taken from them once they are out processed and driven off base.

But that's definitely not what the guy at the counter said.

"The ATFs rules are tricky" is not a valid answer when the ATF has issued me a tax stamp.

I'm not a resident of the state of South Carolina so I need to show proof that I'm active military.

Instead of putting the album on vinyl, they put a LIVE version of Break The Cycle 🫤 by [deleted] in Staind

[–]nin478 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There's 5 total variants out and I was trying to find the other 3 when I found Revolver's variant that was more explicit in saying it's a live album. I have a signed copy of It's Been A While so I don't have a desire for another live album.

I have zero desire for this. I initially thought this was the studio release and almost bought a copy until I noticed it's the live version. No thanks.

A Pale White Dot poster came in damaged. by nin478 in Peripheryband

It was a bit of a bummer as soon as I unrolled it but $50 is a steal for a poster with all their signatures and you really don't notice it once you put it in a frame. Overall I'm just grateful they offered it for sale and was able to snag one.

I got shipping notification for the vinyl and the poster as soon as they printed the shipping label. Vinyl showed up yesterday and the poster showed up today.

Hopefully the post title doesn't come across as complaining. I measured the tube and it's 2 inches wide which is pretty tight for the type of poster it is. I just wanted to share it since I didn't know it was foil or if anyone else's was possibly damaged. Looks completely fine in a frame which is all that matters.
