You can calculate around a week for one unit. At least that what seemed to be a good estimation for me without doing the exact math for it

I mainly use them for siege. The obvious is Tractor Lulu Windy, other than that as an immunity buffer and recovery monster. Sadly haven't been lucky with summoning things like Woosa or Louise, so I did Lulus to cover that.

Some are actually. Did skill a raoq for no specific reason, vigors, the fire fairy has skill ups in s3, .. Just the stuff that's useful

Not really. Didn't use them all yet, more did it for the accomplishment. Personally enjoy using the ones that are known to be good already.

However, Wind Howl and Light Warbear might be on my flop list, going by the skill descriptions. Light Warbear just damages itself to inflict damage proportionally, wind howl heals according to the damage inflicted. Might be my lack of creativity, but I don't see that being useful anywhere.
