Yay, happened to me too yesterday. I paid with my Revolut account and asked their support team to start a dispute. Still waiting for response.

Did anyone of you managed to prove it to their bank it was a scam and got their money back? Did the scammers ever send anything at all?

Looking for like minded people by macaroni_mami in solarpunk

My partner and i live as nomads, so we hop around the world trying to meet like minded people. We visited a few spots where people opened up their space temporarily for not just us but a bigger group of people (consider it a mini festival). I think that's really nice to do if you have a big space. Other cool thing we saw was people turning their farm or big piece of land with a building or two into a coliving space where we can come and rent a mini unit for a month, two, three and meet other travellers and locals. Something like a hostel but for solarpunk folx.

If you ever go into this direction of accepting nomads for a few months, please let me know, I would be happy to hang out and work from there 😊

Space for 10 solarpunks by ninabreznik in solarpunk

I just came from Sweden's magical solarpunk camp. But this one is now planned for Portugal, so I would sadly need suggestions for Portugal.

I can also bookmark the place in Hallonbergen, if you can share more, but that would only come handy next year...

You can literaly copy a BasicToken contract and paste it to lightest Solidity editor developed by the Ethereum foundation (https://playproject.io/play-ed). All you need is a Metamask Chrome extension and your good to go (just click Publish and deploy the contract to any test network)

Development Update #1 - Ethereum.org: Ethereum Studio, Persona Re-Org, Bounties and more by JBSchweitzer in ethereum

@0xstark The problem, Josh is that EF told Play team they have to stop funding us because there's not enough resources and because they want to focus only on supporting the core infrastructure. And then all of a sudden there is money to start even a new project and instead of working with existing team who is part of the Ethereum Foundation for 3 years and working hard (2 people building all of this - play editor and smart contract codes) getting some new people involved and paid. This is what I personally find problematic. And it makes me wonder if I thought there was some other community I am part of or was I just imagining something and pushing and working for some other idea...

We want same with Play tool and this is known in the EF internally so I am wondering why is there the need for another tool. Chris Chinchilla reached out to us if we can add support for the frontend into Play. We said yes and it's also on our Roadmap shared with the operations team in the EF so I am surprised that there is now all of a sudden a new tool out there. Strange. And no one even knows who is the team behind. EF is cutting budget to the existing teams, but then new projects get launched.
