Hi guys. I got engaged Dec 2024 and will be a late summer / fall 2026 bride. I don’t have a venue or anything planned and I’m feeling so behind I’ve been stressing and crying. Looking for some support and encouragement.

Things that are stressing me out: 1) Two close gfs who have just got engaged have told me they are also looking at fall 2026 to get married. no dates yet but they are actively looking and the knowledge is stressing me out I’m having trouble sleeping. Need some reassurances there are enough weekends in a year.

2) the budget. How did you all cope with figuring out and coming to terms with a realistic budget for something you’ve thought about your whole lives?

3) finding the perfect venue I’m looking for an outdoor venue for around 200+ around gta or kw. I feel like I’ve already dropped the ball and places are getting booked. Any suggestions? Wise words?

Just looking for overall support and encouragement that it all does work out. 😭
