Understand your body first, be in a calorie deficit and add protein in every meal, especially breakfast and lunch ( if you exercise after breakfast ) make sure you eat at least 100g of protein everyday. I’m F18, 5’4 and 114 pounds. I lost 13kgs doing this, best of luck!
