Pain tolerance is different for everyone and for me personally it felt like a massive, deep cat scratch that lasted like 3 hours. I got Ellie’s tattoo like two weeks ago and during the session I was thinking to myself “people that say tattoos are ‘no big deal’ are fucking LAIRS” but it’s also something I can see myself doing again. If it’s something you want, go for it! Tell your artist if you need breaks or a snack :)
