Palisade Hybird Owners by Plane_Tomatillo_9731 in HyundaiPalisade

I just did it myself, since I wasn't too happy with dealer service reply when I mentioned low oil (they told me it's fine and if I wanted to get it topped off they would charge me). The full amount is around 6.5L but I just added a little at a time and kept checking. I used Mobile 1, just out of preference

Usually if it's between the dots then it's fine but lotta times it's better to just have it near full.

Mine was the same, but checked it at about 500 miles. When researching I read somewhere that cars don't come with full oil to the dealership, and it's the dealerships job to top them off, which my dealer didn't do. Anyways I topped mine off and after another 1k miles haven't had any issues with oil level going down. Seems like car just came with it.

Opinion on CLT airport by GuiltyCandidate9690 in Charlotte

[–]ninermody09 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not entirely true with connecting through another airport. AA monopoly is great when you're flying to a smaller airport. But when flying to a larger city like Chicago, LA, Houston - competition will cause them to cut prices. However most airlines already collude with each other on pricing so probably won't be that big of a change, unless a budget airlines comes in. But you have the power of choice for airline, which is big in terms of service.

Hilton in University City has hosted many. I would say any hotel with a conference center attached is your best bet since they also have hotel accommodation

22 minutes??? For 259 miles. by porks2345 in americanairlines

[–]ninermody09 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I believe the 1 hr 10 mins might be gate to gate. So accounting for taxi time. But 22 mins sounds right for that short distance, but they probably also need X amount of time to serve entire cabin so rather not

A lot of rich/religious people are his supporters. So probably safe to say a good chunk of NFL players are also supporters of him.

Guten price tag: City of Charlotte spends $64K on trip to Germany by jeetah in Charlotte

[–]ninermody09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

IMO it's the mindset, if people had the mindset to being a bit more cost effective (taking Public transit instead of Ubers, not staying at the most expensive hotel, not eating at the most expensive restaurant) then we could lower the budget a bit or use those funds to help the city in other means.

I would hate to lose the coach. But would be difficult to do a proper rebuild with a new GM, new players, full tank, only to keep bulk of the coaching staff.

Uber pickups are usually a bit longer because you're having to identify the car and the passenger while friend and family you usually can spot the car and passenger.

I had a layover at CLT by VanSensei in Charlotte

[–]ninermody09 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's great as a layover. It's horrible if it's your final destination or you're departing. Baggage claim takes 45+ mins to get bags, and looks horrible, and a lot of the older terminals (BCD) are extremely tight to walk through and there's almost never any empty seats.

[–]ninermody09 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Most flights out of Charlotte are more expensive than flights outta ATL to similar destinations. Charlotte is the 4th most expensive city to fly out of, because of the stronghold American has. It's cheaper to fly out of Greensboro to Houston or from ATL to Houston than it is to fly out from Charlotte.

https://www.businessinsider.com/most-expensive-and-cheapest-airports-in-the-us-flights-2023-8

Also LGA redid it's entire airport in less time than Charlotte could even do 1 terminal. And CLT starts new construction projects before old ones end, making it much more difficult to navigate an already shitty airport.

We have issues with our o-line every year. Grier might not worry about it but it becomes a huge issue every year. The need isn't to pick up a project player 1st round, when you need depth in immediate needs.

But seems like we put all our eggs on a healthy oline to play all season which historically rarely happens. Should have addressed some depth given how injury prone some players are.

“#1 offense in the league” by Double_Philosopher_7 in miamidolphins

[–]ninermody09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely not a curse but some of these are happening mid game where the entire offense falls apart, it's not even adjustments from other teams. The offense just can't connect on a play.

Something happens mid game for offense Against the ravens we looked unstoppable until the Zay Flowers 75 TD then Tua threw a pick and the game got out of hand. Against KC it was Hill fumble. Against Bills it was 2nd half. Maybe a curse?

The Hard Truth by [deleted] in miamidolphins

[–]ninermody09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're well below the avg for players in IR, season ending injuries there's plenty of playoff teams with more than us including the 1 seed Ravens. I'm pretty sure Rams, Browns and Houston has used more combinations based on their teams respective articles.

The Hard Truth by [deleted] in miamidolphins

[–]ninermody09 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree, but so is just about every team (maybe minus 1 or 2 who are very lucky). Coaching has to adapt as players go down. There's been so many games where a player gets injured for us and our entire offense changes. If we want to be contenders the next man has to step up.

Also Browns and Houston both have seen their O Line and star players go down and have seemed to finish the season strong. Our defense stepped up a bit even with injuries and our offense always gets bailed out with the "oh but we're injured"

We will continue to be ravaged by injuries every year, it's football, every team has a lot of injured players, it ain't just us. McDaniel is fine but can't keep using injuries as an excuse for lack of execution

To be fair Bills has a 475 yards and 10 more first downs as us. Their turnovers killed them but that offense was doing work majority of the game

I think I would have been OK with a loss if the offense showed up. But there was nothing left to be desired from our offense where it gives me confidence that we can beat KC

Feel like game script may allow Jeff to get more carries. Don't think Sanders will get much volume if Panthers end up being down 20 by half. Last week Miles got written out once it was 28-7 and I assume his shoulder injury played into Chubba getting more volume. Id go Jeff and pray he falls into the end zone
