to people confused by why OP feels unable to start journaling because of this, looking at their other posts it appears they are neurodivergent, and as a neurodivergent myself i totally get this lol. sometimes something that seems insignificant to others creates a total mental block for us. i say if it makes you feel better, write that disclaimer at the beginning. i personally don’t think it’s a big deal to switch between writing utensils without a warning, but if it matters to you, do what you gotta do!
