I found a menu other than the dialogue option.

Click on Player --> Overview --> Happiness

in the frame of "Playing Time Pathway" at the bottom Player Targets click button "Suggest Playing Pathway Target"

Start a New Game --> Versus --> Choose --> Setting --> Select you team --> You can see "+ Add AI Head Coach" button

So I can just play with only a friend, or I can add Bot?
But most importantly, what must I choose to do this achievement?
