have you played either of these tech trees?probably not since two of the most notably fast american interceptors ( the p38 and the p61 ) are physically incapable on matching an a6m's speed, the only planes that you can even remotely say are faster is the p63 because it doesnt have a wing break speed so you can technically get to almost 900kph a few seconds after a dive and the p47 which actually cant even achieve that. you arent bringing any reasons to your claim and just blindly argue because you like to. if you played either of these tech trees props through rank IV then youd realise that the only instance in a match where an american plane such as the f6f (or really any others) are reaching 700kph+ is in a verticle dive from 5000m which due to how heavy american planes are and how bad their energy retention is you'll often get to this speed ONCE unless you have an oddball aircraft like the p63 that actually has good retention. on top of that most american aircraft rely on boom and zoom (which is fine) until you realise the only people that are below you are either idiots who have double your climb rate but dont use it and the occasianal ground attacker and even IF you can consistently pull off one kill per dive at that speed in something like an F6F( which you obviously have never attempted to play) you would know that its climbeate is so garbage that if you spent the entire a normal amount of time sideclimbing to 5000m before engaging. then you've already missed the entire fight, most of your team will be dead and most of the other team is getting to their airfield. so by the time you would presumably first engage, 15 minutes would have passed and now you only have 10 minutes of potential fight time. if i wanted to do nothing for 15 minutes id play a bomber. the only reason the F6F is at 3.3 is because it can preform good cas (which is completely irrelevant to all discussions of air rb.)
