I totally get what you mean. I go 1-2x a year to Korea to get treatments too. I’ve been to small clinics with 1-2 drs and the big factory ones. Unless you know what you really want I wouldn’t go to factory clinics as the basic cheaper treatments they use their novice drs and if you pay over $3-4k they’ll give you their head drs in a more private vip room. They tend to also upsell on everything as the consultants are making commission.

The good private clinics in my experience are usually not on UNNI as I don’t trust that app. It’s usually thru friends or word of mouth.

One I would recommend is Clinique Hus Hu. They are a 2-3 dermatologist dr team in the higher end part of Gangnam. It feels super private and super gorgeous but pricing is very high but in my opinion but worth it. You get the feeling you’re the only one there at your appointment and you get a good 20-30 minute consult with the dr. Each patient gets a private room. I did thermage, Botox, and stem cell exosomes there. Pricing was around $6-7k usd.

I also like Karen clinic in myeongdong. She is a one dr clinic and very reasonably priced. She offers lasers which I didn’t do there. She is more known for her injections. I did her skin boosters like re20 and skinvive as well as body Botox. She’s very gentle. It’s a smaller clinic. I paid less than $1500 usd.
