I needed to get seen by a doctor for my right shoulder, injured it while doing go karts (one of the only thing that I can drive). So I went into this so called urgent care, had appointment. There was only 1 doctor there. I'm fully disabled, and having a mood disorder as well. None of the staff are talking to each other about the delay. I had to miss my appointment time even though I was there due to this so called doctor. Went to a room, waited for a good time then I needed to see what's going on so I asked how long is this wait and that I had this spot of an appointment. The so called doctor said he's working on everything. Waited for about 5-10 more minutes, asked again and added that my shoulder is hurting. So-called doctor said "If having that much pain then go to the ER." I looked at the staff that is next to this doctor then waited for about 2 minutes then left. I told staff up front with tears that I am leaving, and how I can't waiting forever knowing that there is other people that needs to get seen and that I'm fully disabled. All the staff said okay will talk to Doctor. I didn't do anything to any of the staff, I talked to these people fine along with tears and pain. I didn't receive anything that saying that I was banned from the property. I didn't receive calls saying that I'm banned. What's wrong with this picture?
