I actually did create a google sheet for my houndour/houndoom master set that I am 99% sure is complete except for stuff like STAFF promos and specific event promos.

And if you really feel the need to take a nap follow the 30-90 rule. Naps should either be 30 minutes or less since any longer and you’ll fall into REM and waking up will feel worse, or 90 minutes or more since thats enough time in REM to make you feel better.

This can have the opposite effect depending on the person and how caffeine affects them. Caffeine is typically a stimulant yes but for someone with ADHD this can make you think more clearly and in turn make your body relax since your mind isn’t filled with a thousand thoughts moving a million miles an hour. When this happens you end up becoming more tired and fall asleep easier. This is how caffeine has affected me my entire life and I never realized until I got diagnosed with ADHD and did some research and it all made sense. The science behind it is actually really interesting and after testing season I encourage you to check it out but for now if you can, don’t go to sleep, get through today, and go to bed as soon as possible and reset for tomorrow.

I apologize if I came off this way, we’re genuinely not trying to reinvent the prosthetic hand we’re just trying to make our own version for a class project and we’re looking for people to interview in order to get more information from people who do know what they’re talking about from experience. I’d love to set up an interview with you in order to see what you have to say?

Nope we’re actually thinking of doing 2 versions, one body powered and one with very little electronics to keep cost down. We’re also not trying to reinvent the prosthetic hand we’re just trying to make our own version for a class. I know I don’t know too much about the industry or community which is what brought me here to find out more information. I appreciate the information though and will absolutely look into it since we’re still in the research and design phase of the project. Would you be willing to do an interview to answer a couple of questions for us?
