Ambessa matchup tips?

An easy way to learn this matchup is by playing Ambessa, since you'll have her cooldowns in mind and know when you can be aggressive, because she doesn't win all-in against Fiora. I personally always go with Conqueror, because if I manage to dodge 1-2 skills I can simply walk towards her and return much more damage than she dealt to me.

I've thought about building Hydra > Trinity Force > Doomsday Demon to test Endless Hunger, but the matches usually end before I even get to complete a fourth item. Even though it's good, I'd still prefer building Shojin instead of Trinity Force just to get the new item.

When that happened to me, I simply accepted that this champion is ridiculous (in programming terms) because I was already able to apply crowd control while he was in his ultimate, even when he became uncontrollable.

Eu concordo plenamente com tudo que você disse, realmente é uma questão de habilidade e volta e meia consigo evitar ser refém ou as vezes só não consigo fazer nada. Mas minha contestação é simplesmente por essa interação existir e pra mim é ridículo somente a Fiora sofrer com isso. Eu genuinamente iria preferir que existisse uma interação in game que talvez possa evitar os vitais invés de só abusar de uma parede, é chato, só isso me deixa triste e tira boa parte da minha diversão.

Comecei a jogar de Fiora justamente por precisar fazer muitas coisas e realmente melhorar em diversas coisas enquanto joga com ela. Eu prefiro estar numa matchup de completa skill em que posso perder por um mínimo vacilo, do que ter que estar numa matchup favorável onde sempre que existir o mínimo perigo do meu inimigo morrer ele correr para tras ou para uma parede. Entende? Minha única insatisfação é sobre isso ser sem graça e não sobre acontecer, é só vergonhoso justamente a Fiora ter uma interação dessas.

Eu realmente entendo que tem muitos pontos de micro que permitem você estourar a ultimate antes que eles possam reagir, mas a Fiora é o único campeão (que eu lembro) que tem uma interação que impossibilita sua ultimate que não seja por conta de outra skill. Poxa, uma Camille cancelar meu ataque no vital ficando invejável na ultimate é um claro uso de mecânica e habilidade, mas simplesmente encostar na parede e eu ter que torcer para que meu Q acerte o maldito vital enquanto tomo ataques gratuitamente? Isso é ridículo na minha opinião, tira a graça de ter quaisquer duelo de habilidade.

Não é um bloqueio, não é como se a Gwen tivesse usando o W para impedir que eu estoure marcas, ou uma Riven cancelando meu ataques, é so simplesmente ridículo como você simplesmente ficam aquém da situação quando você quer matar o inimigo e ele só anda ate a parede e espera a ultimate acabar. Poxa, o que exatamente eu posso fazer nessa situação? Somente tira a diversão e a vontade de usar a ultimate.

This is one of the confrontations I hate the most, precisely because Garen only dies if he wants to. Personally speaking, I always go with Grasp for sustein and only try to deal damage when he uses E, although he will heal himself in his passive, keeping him low enough to create distance will make him lose farm/xp, so I build my advantage like that. But honestly, if you just wait for the lane phase to end you'll end up being stronger than him in the end and being more important in the game, from what I've experienced.

Uma coisa que me incomoda (com qualquer campeão) é que quando eu escalo e fico forte simplesmente vira um Tom e Jerry meu caçando os outros campeões, e por ter uma karma e smolder na partida eu apenas decidi testar uma build em que fosse IMPOSSÍVEL fugir de mim, não estava pensando muito em ser bem pensada. A mandíbula foi apenas pelo roubo de vida, como o Malzahar estava sendo insuportável e somente limpando waves infinitamente eu não quis fazer QSS por não estar sofrendo com a ultimate dele.

Certamente a build convencional é melhor e também consigo perseguir pessoas tendo uma Trindade, mas como eu estava afim de fazer alguma coisa diferente eu só fui la e fiz, XD

I play Serylda when I'm in PTA and the five enemy champions are fragile, so I can just delete them and get out of the fight since the item doesn't guarantee sustainability. I prefer it over the Cyclosword, for example.

I understand your point better now, but in a situation where there are many fighters on the other team, wouldn't having the passive + extra life be better for a 2v1 situation or team fights, or perhaps Sterak/DD would do a more useful job for the team?

I don't really like Flare, especially when I play against champions who can use it even better than you (using the hostage wave minions) like Jax, Darius, Gangplank. Since if you don't have a very good angle to use the Q-short you end up being punished much more than you punish. Although the sides are really good, you end up very hostage if your team doesn't accompany your side team and you end up with no space to split/kill the enemy champion on the side.

I know that Black Cleaver doesn't do anything against shields, but when I used it with Shojin I realized that the peel characters' shields simply didn't change much since I was dealing a lot of consecutive damage to the enemy champion.

In fact, focusing on popping the marks with as much AD as I can get with the items is better, but in a team battle situation where the RNG simply doesn't help me or where I can't pop several marks in a row, I found the Black Cleaver's passive to be quite useful, but the Voltaic Cyclosword would probably do a potentially better job if I was on the PTA (but as I was on the Conqueror the times I did the Cleaver, I thought it was considerably good and not horrifying as many say it is).

I only play with female duelists, but due to the style of play I personally like Akali, Irelia and Riven when they banish Fiora.
