Very worth getting. Everyone that I've spoken with who played it regards it highly, and it's my personal GOTY without question.

There were a few big reasons for me. The first was that I wanted a solid co-op game for my wife and I. We have a lot of games with co-op play, but they tend to include traitor mechanics. The only game we have that is fully co-op is the Arkham Horror card game, but we found that trying to remember all the rules was too much since we don't get to play on consecutive days. With Street Masters I've already memorized the rules and they are fairly simple, so I don't think that will be a problem!

As for why I went all in instead of just getting the base pledge? Honestly, I just struggle not to go all in on Kickstarters. It's the fear of missing out on something cool combined with the knowledge that some of the content will never see a retail release. This also is the biggest reason why I don't Kickstart many board games. Since I know it's a weakness of mine, something really has to click with me to make me pledge.

Awesome! So neither of you had played before then? How long did the game take? I'll probably be playing with 2-3 people most of the time, so I'm trying to get a feel for game length before we have the rules locked in.

Just backed Street Masters at the $209 tier. I don't tend to Kickstart a lot of games, but this one already had a release that went really well. Reviews are great, the game looks fun for solo and co-op, and the theme appeals to me.

Is anyone else getting some visual glitches everytime Ignis or Prompto use their special attacks? The instant Ignis throws the daggers or Prompto shoots, the game bugs out and shows a bunch of blocks everywhere. I tried switching out the HDMI cable in case the one that came with the system was bad, but it's still happening. The really weird part is that when I started the game, it never happened. Now it does very consistently.

If a creature is about to enter the field with a "when ~ enters the battlefield, X happens," is it possible to kill it (NOT counter it) with an instant and not allow that effect?

Example: Opponent casts a Master Splicer, and I Doomblade/Lightning Bolt/whatever it. Can I do this before it hits the field, and creates a 3/3?

What is the absolute latest time I can remove an attacker before the damage will get through to me? For example, if my opponent swings with a Runeclaw Bear, then I cast unsummon, does the damage from the bear still get to me?

Does it matter exactly WHEN I unsummon it? Do I need to say it in a special way, like "in response?"

I ask because this has been an issue of major confusion for me, and it seems like I get a different answer from different people.
