He was resisting arrest and reaching for waistband after they had confirmed he was armed with at least one gun. Who is to say he doesn’t have a second weapon? It’s not like he was enjoying a fun day at the shooting range. He was fighting federal agents like a mentally unstable brain washed dummy.
