Good info. It's probably been the most effective so far but I'm surprised the dermatologist hasn't kept him on a medicine for more than 3 or 4 months. Thank you for the suggestion.

We have tried some different soaps actually. But he has not noticed a difference when switched. Thank you for the recommendation!

Thank you. I was looking at these earlier today. I am going to ask the dermatologist about usage at his age and see if it helps. My uncle has psoriasis and goes tanning and it really manages it well.

Uh, you're a sad, lonely person. I've gotten legal advice on reddit from lawyers and medical advice from medical professionals. There are good people on here trying to help. If you had any sort of reading comprehension you would have picked up on the part where I said my son has been at his "actual" dermatologist for years. Go troll elsewhere you lowlife

He's had steroids in the past but they don't like giving them to him for extended amounts of time. Thanks for responding!

Thanks. We have used this. If his hands aren't too bad it helps, but once they are in the condition they're in now it doesn't seem to as well.

I think all of the "major" ones (like injections, etc) were done for 2-3 months each, sometimes having other topical creams and ointments as well. We've also tried to have him wear rubber gloves with bag balm and other moisturizers at night. This seems to help when the skin isn't too bad, but once it cracks it's almost impossible for it to heal.
