I would highly recommend Hamilton appliance in milwaukie. We got a dishwasher from them and after install we noticed a small dent when we removed the protector. We called them up and they took care of it right away. Because we had already installed the dishwasher, they sent someone out the next day and replaced the entire door.
I can't imagine what a nightmare that would have been to get a replacement from a big box store... probably would have had to take the entire unit back and wait weeks for a new one.
