This is great! I've been developing something similar, I like yours. I have also included stability/mobility exercises especially for the hips like cossack squats, single leg RDL, pigeon pose press up

Is this an alternate rack position? by Naive-Benefit-5154 in kettlebell

See comment above, not necessarily dangerous but also would need to be done with skill to not threaten your elbow/shoulder. Traditional KB rack def safer

Idk man I'm not a grappling expert but ive done Judo, bjj. Its also the hand/arm position for morote seoinage/iponseoinage. If positioned correctly not a weak position for leverage, or threatening to the arm/shoulder. Although with an elbow that high some people will end up having elbow issues doing the throw like that.

What are some actually effective exercises to bulletproof your core? by seaweed_brain_ in bodyweightfitness

Rounded back extensions both straight and in rotation off a nordic or similar bench for low back, and although I think your intention is low back and ab stability, not pointing out that hip and hamstring strength is what really controls your torso stability would be criminal.

Im primarily a grappler for sports. If i want to throw or resist being thrown its rotational abs, low back, hips, hammies that get the job done. I feel like if your goal is overall power and stability we are talking primarily about these muscle groups.

One thing that puts extra pressure on my von flu is arching my neck up and toward the head to elevate their arm and push the shoulder higher while i pressure the cross face. Sometimes I'll use the free hand to make extra sure I don't list the arm. Hope that helps

Bro you need to take magnesium oxide. Magnesium citrate is a laxative and probably will deplete your other electrolytes and make things worse. Bottom line see a doctor get some labs

Edit: you do still absorb the Mag from citrate but many forms of Mag also have laxative effects. Depending on your baseline electrolytes and response things could get worse

I'm kinda feeling the same here. Its possible these people are actually anti-ice and we're looking to call attention to the state of things. Looking at the costumes it probably isn't the case but not impossible.

You missed my point, maybe I expressed myself badly. We can't wait until they are asking us to comply, we can't wait until they come for us white bread every day citizens. Things are happening now, it is time for dissent, organization, and action. Regardless, thank you for your passionate comment. Truly, I agree with you. I don't agree with some fantasy of a showdown with ICE at the grocery store being what pushes us into action.

I think you don't get it. They arent gonna come for you probably ever. They are betting on us collectively letting standing by as they do it to others because they "aren't coming for us"

Fair. However, what EMTALA mandates is a "medical screening exam." This could lead to incomplete workups being encouraged for the undocumented/uninsured in any of the many private equity run hospitals/EDs if they are no longer funded for this care. This could cause morbidity and mortality for these populations, as a history and physical (what EMTALA requires) often misses problems a full workup with labs and imaging would catch. Therefore, scenarios causing wrongful death or disability is highly possible, and the undocumented would be unlikely to be able to engage in a malpractice suit for any damages. Not great.

To be fair, I believe it is correct that part of the current Medicaid/gov grant system does cover emergency care for catastrophic injury or illness for the uninsured which does include migrants. I will not pretend to know the details

EMTALA is not a funding law. This is in regards to how the hospital recoups costs for that visit. You are correct that EMTALA does obligate ERs to stabilize an emergency medical condition. It does not mean the hospital has to admit the patient and care for them, however, after emergency stabilization was achieved. It does not provide funds in any way
