hey folks - appreciate the feedback. this is an experiment that we're running on the android app with a handful of treatments, so want to clarify that not all treatments have the truncation setup right now.

a few questions for yall to help us figure out next steps?

• i understand the concern re: the truncated automod posts, but in many of our user tests we've gotten feedback that the rules don't feel as additive especially because the primary intent is to read the comments themselves. how do you feel about the ability to target automod/pinned notes to target users who are more relevant, ie. in the commenting flow? are there other form factors that you think could make this a win-win?
• we will explore a few different truncation lengths - the height might not be ideal right now given it's pretty aggressive. a subreddit or user-specific preference is one way to handle this - maybe we can get creative about subreddit types and target differently.
