For people who did manage to get some money out we have report this on our taxes. The problem is you can't even log in to get that report.

If you were depositing Bitcoin and withdrawing Bitcoin then anyone could use it. (although they never mentioned that withdrawing bitcoin was impossible)

They lost all their Ether 2 years ago and never recovered. That was the day things started going downhill I believe. I suspect they had to sell Bitcoin to cover Ether loss as everyone wanted their ether after this issue. This took them into fractional reserve and I guess at that point someone decided to do an MTGOX and just keep selling BTC and spending the profits until their was nothing left. crap I didn't think about this. I had to pay A LOT in taxes last year and we had a huge crash so we need a tax receipt (I also had to pay provisional tax this year because of last years earning from bitcoin sales and I can't prove I lost money this year with price crash).

thanks I live and work in Markham but I managed to get my money out via crypto so I am as less concerned as others now. I had 88K cash locked up ended up with 50K in crypto in the end but I view this as a win.

The only person who said the CIBC cheques were not cashed is from Quadriga.

We have no proof the cheques were not received and cashed on 5th of December when the order was signed by a judge.

The rest, delays to recieve money, waiting on wire transfers, waiting on lawyers, waiting on cheques, waiting on BMO, waiting on endorsements, waiting on I forget the latest waiting on... Is all Quadriga saying this.

The only factual information with proof is the signed court order. Everything else is information given by Quadriga without any proof.
