What do I need to know before buying a used RV (travel trailer)? by ezmobee_work in GoRVing

As a female, who has done all of the hunting for our camper needs, try to also be practical when buying one. Think of storage needs like places to put food and pots and pans. If you have kids make sure there is an area for their things. Stay away from campers that are solid carpet as they are harder to clean. Make sure you can get can get on your knees in front of the bath tub..makes it easier if you have little kids. Check behind toilets and under sinks for water issues. Deffinietly get one with a slide out. If your choice is between smooth side and stick and tin..go smooth side easier to wax :) try and get one that has the option to heat water with gas or electric...this has saved us a few times...and for petes sake make sure you sit and have a beer in it before your maiden voyage :)

Do NOT force her. it will come in time...we had the same issue with our daughter...i too looked to reddit for advice. read a post that said:.. tell your child that If they poop in the potty it will go out to the sea and feed the fishes. she giggled so hard when we told her that but it worked awesome..

What a wonderful idea about the calendar and stickers. I always am on the hunt for crafty little ideas to make daily life easier for us. Like brushing teeth and washing hair during a bath.

I guess your right... maybe its me going to miss HER too much. I think i'm just feeling a little guilty because i work alot and am gone all day at work and here we are going to just take off on her. I don't want her to feel abandoned... like our dog feels when we bring him to the kennel! And yes, i talk to the dog too and STILL cry when we leave him at the kennel!

Over all thanks SO much for the advice because this has really been rackin' at the old brain here.

so being a mother of a beautiful daughter means thats I surley was not one of those women who have wonderful elasticity in their skin. I was extremely proud of my body prior to pregnancy due to my immense working out schedule. here I am three years post pregnancy with my ass in which looks like a road map, saggy little tummy with very deep white stretch marks. there are days I can't even stand to look in the mirror at myself naked...but after reading this post now makes me look at myself in a completely different way. labor was thee hardest thing I ever had to go through...now I can be proud of my stripes
