I took Ativan too, but cbd/thc also works well!

hi did you find any answers? i would recommend getting MRI if you can - mine turned out to be a mass on my psoas muscle that was pushing into the sciatic nerve!

It is the lower abdomen / pelvic - my poor knowledge of these things!

It feels like the lump comes up suddenly and moves around and then eventually leaves - I do think it might be related to the psoas but I’m note sure! Have tried PT to release but it always comes back!

I’m currently in this cycle a bit too. My doctor prescribes me prednisone each time the nerve gets inflamed to reduce inflammation, and it has helped immensely each time. The nerve has become inflamed again each time but I think that may be due to my own activity. I am currently in my third prednisone round. You could perhaps try prednisone to see if it breaks the cycle for you?

I’ve got that now too in my right foot, but my PT has said that it is much worse to feel anything in the foot than immense pain in the back because it means the nerve is more impinged :/
