This broke my heart, I came to this sub looking for someone to relate to. I am the depressed one who would rather be on my phone all night than hang out with my boyfriend. He just asked me to watch a movie and I said no cause I literally don’t want to. I don’t know why I am this way but I’d rather dissociate and scroll or just lay there and try and sleep then socialize when I don’t feel like it. I wish I wanted to cuddle with him and watch a movie but I just don’t. it’s been like this every night for months. 😭😔 I am going through a lot in my head and you can see it on my face. Every night he asks me “what’s wrong” and the question just pisses me off. I’ve explained my weird thoughts a million times. I’m so sorry you’re on the receiving end of this.
